Delivery, Collection and Shipping.

Buying a piece of art is an investment in a unique object and it’s important to know exactly how much you have paid for it (for example, you may choose to insure your art collection, or need valuations for other reasons) and shipping costs are separate to the value of the work. I offer a range of shipping options - including a free pick up from studio and bespoke options for overseas and large items.

COLLECTION

Orders can be collected from the studio by appointment. This option is available at checkout.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for addresses within 5 miles of the studio. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

SHIPPING

Delivery will be through a specialist art courier. Before purchasing, please request a quote, Pricing will be set by the courier.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at michelle.art@btinternet.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
